Anne Marie Concemi of Andover, MA has been a mortgage officer since 1987. With close to $1 billion in closed loan volume, she has earned top producer awards, as well as recognition for establishing market share in territories formerly dominated by national lending institutions.
Anne Marie is a graduate of Boston University with a degree in Marketing. Her philosophy about mortgage lending has always centered on people, not numbers. “So many mortgage companies are obsessed with application volume. They believe that the more applications they take, the better their chances of closing more loans. This practice creates a high percentage of mortgage denials. I take more time upfront with each and every borrower. I closely analyze their personal situation so that once their application is in process, I am confident that the loan is going to close. This avoids surprises, disappointment, and, in some instances, loss of financial outlay.”

Steven A. Sirmaian of Salem, NH has been a mortgage officer since 1986. Steve’s expertise centers on compliance and personnel management. Steve graduated from the University of Massachusetts Lowell with a BS degree in management. He is committed to sound lending practices with strict adherence to regulatory guidelines. His extensive branch management experience has provided him with exceptional people skills, whether dealing with his staff or the general public.
Unlike many mortgage company owners, Steve possesses both sales experience and “back-of-the-house” knowledge. This balance allows him to confront all issues confidently, quickly, and with little or no hassle for the borrower.
Bill Engelhardt has been helping borrowers since 1981. He began his mortgage career in the operations and underwriting side of the business, acting as Senior VP or operations for over 10 years. He then moved into Sales where he acted as a Wholesale Account Manager in charge of Business Development. In 1995 he became a Mortgage Loan Originator with closed volume to date of over $500,000,000 in closed loan volume.
Bill’s underwriting and operations experience has earned him the nickname “Guideline Guru” among his First Integrity Colleagues. He closed over $78 million in one single year.
Bob Irving is a veteran Sr. Reverse Mortgage Consultant with almost twelve (12) years direct experience specifically with reverse mortgages. Much of that time was with the reverse mortgage subsidiary of the Bank of New York, a pioneer in the industry. Bob covers Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine with offices in Salem, NH, Brunswick ME and Lawrence MA. As a reverse specialist, he works mostly by referral in order to provide full attention to a small, core group of seniors and financial advisors. Professional advisors, clients and family are encouraged to call him directly with questions or concerns. He is happy to meet face-to-face with clients in their home any time including evenings and/or weekends.
Mr. Irving is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA®), a professional designation earned from the Society of Certified Senior Advisors. Broadly experienced in the reverse mortgage business he has consulted with hundreds of borrowers, their families and trusted advisors. He has written newspaper articles on the subject of reverse mortgages, appeared on local television, on radio and has been invited to speak before professional and community groups in a continuing effort to educate consumers and those who work closely with seniors. He is also a financial columnist with the Valley Patriot and writes a popular Q&A section called “Ask The Reverse Mortgage Guy”. Judy Maselli is a long-time resident of Andover MA and a veteran of the mortgage industry for more than 25 years. She graduated from Salem State University with a BA in Mathematics and earned a Masters Degree in Education at Northeastern University. She is a licensed mortgage loan originator in MA, NH and ME. Her specialty is purchase and refinance loans. Judy also owns property at Hills Beach in Biddeford, ME.
Judy works with a select number of borrowers in order to meet their exact needs. She takes extra time to understand her borrowers and uses her expert knowledge to help them select the right lending institution with the best available programs. As a broker originator, she has multiple lending sources available to her and she has developed close professional relationships at each of these institutions to enable her to help borrowers resolve complex issues.
She has a natural love and respect for people; a compassion and dedication that creates a force to take extra steps to get the job finished on time... with the highest level of integrity and efficiency.
With a BA in Mathematics, Judy can expertly wield the calculator and help borrowers assemble the proper financial picture required by lenders. With her background in teaching, she has always been able to communicate effectively so there are never surprises at the closing table. Judy is admired by her colleagues and is a professional in every sense of the word.

Donna Weinberg has been helping borrowers since 1982. A graduate of
University of Mass at Amherst School of Business as well as GECC's Advanced
Management Program, Donna spent 3 years as Asst. VP of one of state's
largest mortgage companies before opening her own company, Metro Mortgage
Company in Chelmsford, which operated from 1985 until 2009 when she joined
the staff at First Integrity. Donna has had the benefit of experiencing the
mortgage industry as both an owner and commissioned loan officer which has
rewarded her with valuable insight on the need to provide exemplary service,
quick customer response, and constant follow up. For almost 3 decades this
dedicated loan officer has closed millions in mortgage loans for thousands
of satisfied borrowers.
Louisa Bailey

Louisa Bailey has been a mortgage processor since 1991 and has provided processing support for some of the area’s top mortgage loan officers. She joined the First Integrity family in 2008 and settled right in as a top volume processor. Louisa possesses an uncanny ability to manage dozens of loans at once and works tirelessly to keep a steady and timely flow of paperwork. Loan officers who have worked with Louisa have stated, hands down, that she is “one of the best in the business.”

Florence Toto began her career as a Real Estate Agent in 1998 and later moved on to mortgage processing in 2002, when she worked with First Integrity’s current owners, Steve Sirmaian and Anne Marie Concemi. Her experience as a Realtor has proven invaluable as a processing manager as she understands the transaction process from all sides – Seller, Realtor, and Buyer. Her Realtor skills enable her to move the home-buying process along smoothly, by knowing just how to coordinate all interested parties on a strict timeline.
Anne Marie, Steve, and Flo have been a team since 2002. Jokes Flo, “I’ve been with Annie and Steve so long, I can usually finish their sentences. We have a wonderful synergy, which isn’t easy in this hectic business.”
